Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days depending on the time of day the order was placed.
If you choose our Free Delivery option (which applies to UK mainland orders over £50), or our Standard Delivery option (for UK mainland orders below £50) items should arrive within 2-4 working days after your order is shipped. If you choose an Express Delivery method, items should arrive 1-2 days after your order is shipped.
Shipping to non-mainland UK or Europe can take up to 7 working days. If you haven’t received your order after 7 working days please call us on 01460 241800 for assistance.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, letting you know that your order is on its way to you. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email, please Contact us so that we can check the status of your order.
We accept returns up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. Unless faulty, items must be in perfect resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags and labels attached.

We charge a delivery fee per order, not per item. If your order does not qualify for free UK mainland delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee based on the location of your delivery address.

We do not offer a guarantee period for our products but we do offer a 14 day ‘No Quibble’ return guarantee. We are happy to accept returns for any reason up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. If your item develops a fault after this time period, please contact us on 01460 241800 for immediate advice.
If you encounter any difficulties whilst ordering on our website, please call us on 01460 241800 and we will be happy to offer assistance over the phone.
If you are ordering a gift for delivery direct to the recipient, please add a note to your order letting us know. We will then email your order invoice to you rather than including it in the parcel.
We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service, however we are happy to add a personalised note to your parcel. Just add your message in the order notes section at checkout.
If an item is out of stock but we are expecting more stock to arrive soon, we may make it available to pre-order on our website. Any items that are available for pre-order will be described as so on the product page.
All items that are available to order on our website (other than items stated as ‘pre-order’) are in stock and available to dispatch the same day. If an item is out of stock, it will be stated as ‘out of stock’ on the product page.

International delivery costs depend on the country the order is being delivered to. Our Delivery page lists the countries that we currently deliver to and the shipping price is calculated once you have entered your delivery address at checkout.
